RETURNS POLICY

CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF THE SHOES ARE NOT SUITABLE.

Online purchases can be returned for an exchange or refund. It is advised that returns should be sent by track and trace courier as Halliwell Shoes are unable to accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves.

Courier charges for returns are your responsibility and will not be refunded.

You have 10 business days from original purchase date to return items. Proof of purchase must accompany the return.

Shoes must be returned in original condition, in original shoe box and packaging otherwise your refund will be declined.

All refunds are processed via the original method of payment and will be processed within 2 working days of receipt of your return order. Please allow up to 5 working days for your bank to process the refund.

On rare occasions a refund may be declined. This should only occur when the product is damaged and has not arrived in its original condition or outside of the 20 day return policy.

What if my item is Faulty?

Sometimes unforseen faults happen. For manufacturer's faults, we'll first repair the product to a high quality  finish at our expense.

If a repair is not possible, we will give you an exchange for a new item, store credit or a full refund.

All purchases come under NZ Consumer Guarantee's Act against manufacturing defects for up to one year from the date of purchase. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
