Delivery

Delivery Rates:

$15 NZ wide for a single shoe box for residential and $18 for rural addresses.

Outside NZ: We do not offer online purchasing or delivery for outside NZ but if you contact us we could arrange something personally.

Courier fees are non-refundable. We courier Monday to Thursday and orders received Friday to Sunday are sent on the Monday following.

We will only courier a maximum of 3 pairs per customer.

Dispatch:

Please expect 1-3 business days for delivery Urban areas and 3-7 days delivery for Rural areas.

If all items in your order are not available to be dispatched from the same store, you may receive your order in more than one parcel (at no extra charge)

All parcels must be signed for on delivery. Please ensure someone will be available at your chosen address. If you have given a postal service Authority to Leave(ATL) for you delivery packages, we are not liable in any way for loss, theft or damage to the parcel left in accordence with this authority.

ON RECIEVING you order:

We recommend when you are trying your new purchase on at home, make sure you do so inside and on carpet we are unable to accept returned orders if the item has been worn or damaged after purchase.
